Purposes, grounds and periods of personal data processing
The Administrator processes the personal data of the Website Users in accordance with the law. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (commonly referred to as "GDPR") and the Personal Data Protection Act of May 10, 2018.
Personal data of the Website Users are processed in particular for the purposes of:
a) the conclusion and implementation of the contract for the sale of products offered on the Website; such personal data as: name and surname, company name and tax identification number (in the case of purchases as an entrepreneur), e-mail address, delivery address, telephone number may be processed.
Legal basis - art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR which allows the processing of personal data, if they are necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take steps at the request of the data subject, prior to entering into a contract;
b) answering the questions provided by the contact address kontakt@k-blask.pl, personal data such as: Name and surname (if provided) or Nick, e-mail address may be processed. Legal basis - art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR which allows the processing of personal data, if they are necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject, prior to entering into a contract;
c) considering the complaint, taking into account the rights resulting from consumer rights and warranty, personal data such as: name and surname, e-mail address, correspondence address, bank account number may be processed - in the case of a refund. Legal basis - Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR, which allows for the processing of personal data, if they are necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
d) sending e-mail messages containing commercial information, personal data such as e-mail address may be processed. Legal basis - Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR allowing the processing of personal data, if the data subject has consented to the processing of his personal data for one or more specific purposes; art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR allowing the processing of personal data, if the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or by a third party, except where these interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject requiring protection of personal data, in particular when the data subject is a child (in the case of the website owner, it is informing customers about promotions, new products);
e) fulfillment of obligations arising from legal provisions, in particular tax law provisions obliging to store accounting documentation for 5 years, in such cases the Administrator may process such personal data as: Name and surname, tax identification number, address of residence or registered office / correspondence address / delivery address, email address, telephone number. Legal basis - Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR which allows the processing of personal data, if such processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator;
f) creating registers and records required by the GDPR, recognizing objections to the processing of personal data, for this purpose personal data such as: name and surname, e-mail address may be processed. 3 Legal basis - Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR, allowing the processing of personal data, if such processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator and, art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR, allowing the processing of personal data, if the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or by a third party, except where these interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject concern, requiring the protection of personal data, in particular when the data subject is a child (in this case, the Administrator's interest is to know about people exercising their rights under the GDPR);
g) establishing, investigating or defending against claims, personal data such as: name and surname, address of residence or registered office / correspondence address / delivery address, e-mail address may be processed. Legal basis - Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR, allowing the processing of personal data, if the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or by a third party, except where these interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject concern, requiring the protection of personal data, in particular when the data subject is a child (in this case, the Administrator's interest is to have personal data that will allow to establish, pursue or defend against claims of customers and third parties);
h) analytical, i.e. researching and analyzing the activity on the website through cookies, personal data may be processed, such as: date and time of website visits, type of operating system, approximate location, type of web browser used to browse the website, time spent on the website, websites visited, website, where the contact form has been completed. Legal basis - Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR, allowing the processing of personal data, if the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or by a third party, except where these interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject concern, requiring the protection of personal data, in particular when the data subject is a child (in this case, the Administrator's interest is to know the activity of customers on the Store's website); 4
i) the use of cookies on the website, text information may be processed. Legal basis - Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR, allowing the processing of personal data, if the data subject has consented to the processing of his personal data for one or more specific purposes (when entering the website for the first time, information about the use of cookies appears at the bottom);
The personal data provided by the Customer may be processed only for the time necessary to achieve the purpose for which they are processed. After this time, personal data will be irretrievably deleted or destroyed. The website may process the Customer's personal data for the period of:
a) 3 years + 1 year for entrepreneurs or 10 years + 1 year for natural persons / consumers - applies to personal data processed for the purpose of establishing, pursuing or defending claims;
b) duration of the contract - it concerns personal data processed for the purpose of concluding and performing the purchase and sale contract;
c) 5 years - applies to personal data related to the fulfillment of obligations under tax law;
d) not longer than 5 years - applies to personal data processed on the basis of consent, unless the Customer's consent to the processing of his personal data has been withdrawn before this deadline or the purpose related to the processing of this personal data has been achieved;
e) for no longer than 5 years or until the Customer effectively raises an objection or achieves the purpose of processing - applies to personal data processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Administrator or for marketing purposes;
f) 3 years or less in the case of personal data becoming obsolete or losing its usefulness - this applies to personal data processed mainly for analytical purposes, the use of cookies and website administration.
Periods in years are counted from the end of the year in which the processing of personal data began,
The right to withdraw consent
In the event that the processing of personal data requires the prior consent of the Customer, he may withdraw this consent at any time by sending an e-mail to the Personal Data Administrator or a letter to his correspondence address. Until the consent is withdrawn, the processing of the personal data of the Customer who gave his consent is lawful. 5
Voluntary provision of personal data
The customer is not required to provide his personal data. Providing personal data by the Customer is voluntary. However, it may be necessary to provide some personal data: in to conclude a sales contract, contact the Administrator.
Cooperation with other entities
The personal data provided by the Customer may be transferred to the necessary extent to entities cooperating with the Website, including courier companies implementing the delivery option selected by the Customer, payment processing companies, hosting company and in certain situations aimed at protecting the Administrator's rights to insurers.

Each customer who has consented to the processing of his personal data by the Administrator has an unlimited time access to this data with the possibility of deleting, rectifying, transferring, limiting the scope of their processing and objecting to the processing of his personal data.
The administrator, for important reasons and after a careful analysis of a specific case, may refuse the Client to exercise his above-mentioned rights.
The administrator may refuse to take into account the objection if there are grounds for establishing, investigating or defending claims or there are legitimate grounds for processing personal data that override the interests, rights and freedoms of the Customer.

Cookies (cookies) - small text information in the form of text files, sent by the server and saved on the side of the person visiting the Store's website (e.g. on the computer's hard drive or on the smartphone's memory card). Each customer has the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, if he considers that his personal data is being processed contrary to his will or law.
